About
Who is laxdip?
Meet Jason, the guy behind your dye.
Ask the lacrosse dye community how to get a head just right, and the answer usually points back to a just few core people, especially Jason.
"Jay Zap" came to LaxDip as our top customer in the early years, ordering the most, dialing in the cleanest dips, and building a reputation that speaks for itself. He knew the process cold, he answered other people's questions for the love of it, and his work earned him a partnership the moment we saw what he could do. His dips live at @jayzap56, and they tell the story better than we can.
Order from LaxDip and you get Jason himself, start to finish.
Jason packs the orders, answers the daily questions, and helps you get the result you want on the first try. He brings his art, his professionalism, strong opinions about color, and a deep working knowledge of what makes a dip succeed. Muddy dark colors, a pricey head you want to protect, a finished product you want to nail, he has seen all of it many times over and knows how to prevent (and sometimes fix!) on sight.
We founded LaxDip to make dyeing your own gear bold, simple, repeatable, and built for lacrosse from the ground up.

The instructions answer most questions already, and they cover the big one in detail: keeping your dye bath near boiling, especially for dark colors, through the entire process. Watch them first, and if you still have a question after that, the form below goes straight to Jason.

The more detail you give, the faster Jason can help. Vague questions get slow answers.
